Need Unlock code for U.S AT&T Nokia 6200.

I read a posting earlier saying that there's 5 trys before the phone locks up completely, is that true? I think I tried over 5 times to unlock it, but still don't work, am I screw :(.... will go on vacation coming October, want to bring my own phone. Please help anyone.
