Hi, my 6510 refused to power up one day, so i sent it in for servicing at Nokia care. When I got it back I realised that it always asks me to enter the time and date whenever I take out the battery. I suspect that the backup battery is dead or missing?

Also I can't use the voice dialing, it cannot store voice tags. After I record a voice tag and I playback it says no voice tags stored.

Also all calendar notes and missed calls are erased everytime i remove the battery.

Any experts here have any comments? All are appreciated, thanks heaps. :)

Sounds like you have some more chips that are bad. You might want to take it back to the service center. I don't think Nokias have backup battery but I know they have a small capacitor to hold a little bit of charge when you take out the battery. I think it loses charge within a minute or so but you shouldn't lose all that info when you just change the battery. The chip that holds your voicetag may be bad as well :(

Good luck:cool:
