Imp Questions/Answers Bluetooth

I have been exploring da markets for a Bluetooth adapter. But Im kinda confused and not sure wot to buy. Wud appreciate some help from U guys.....thanks.

1) Do different adapter's have different speeds? Or all work on da same speed?? Wot is the speed BT works on....ie. @wot rate will I be able to transfer data???

2) I wanna use my BT to surf da net on da PC, VIA my fone. Is Bluetooth really da best choice....or shud I go for a data cable? Which will be faster?? I already got IR....but I think that wud be painfully slow for net surfing...right?

3) What is da difference between Bluetooth to USB 1.1 and Bluetooth to USB 2? Is it really a big difference....cuz da adapters Im getting are all Bluetooth to USB 1.1.

4) Im gettin some taiwan/korean make unbranded adapters. If the adapter works, can I safely assume that its da right 1? Is there sumthing like a good quality and bad quality adapters??

i am no guru, nor have i *confirmed* this one works, but i emailed the seller and he told me that this one does work with nokia 3650/7650, it should be arriving any day now for me to confirm....doesnt seem to have a brand though
