6610 not all buttons work help please

hi i've got a 6610 but not all the buttons work could i flash the phone and this would sort it or do i need to replace some of the hardware inside the phon makes and recives calls ok

Open the phone and clean the contacts between the mainboard and the keypad-LCD board.

If you can't understand how, you are not qualified to open your phone, so just bring it to a shop.
