hey ya! ive been so excited about my brand new 6610 and i had been informing myself about the dct-4 unlocking by entering the mastercode for hours until i finally found the imo best unlocker (by cyberdog and hollowman, v.1.4) the last few days
so i immediately wanted to try out the code, first time entry (code 7), it worked. it said all phone restrictions deactivated, great.
it was until 1 hour later till i remembered that the sim card would have to be taken out
so completely shocked i took it out, tried the same code again and the only thing that came was that there werent any phone restrictions. i put the sim card in again and it worked just as fine as before
so now my questions:
1. what is the point of removing the sim card as it looks like there are no visible damages to my phone or sim card
2. if there is a point and i just havent discovered the damages, what are they?
