U can always make ur own. Just resize it to 97x25 pix and save it as bmp or jpg image. Complicated pic will increase size of image and will contribute to ur load eating up ur memory when being used. Do take note.

I dunno, I use fexplorer. It's easy with that you just highlight the file and choose "set as operator logo". In older versions you had to make a new folder called phone in the c/sytem/apps folder then place your logo in it and call it 234_30_0.bmp (i think the name is dependent on what network you are on, this one is for t-mobile uk), maybe someone who uses seleq will have an easier option for you.

Its almost the same for every file manager. Open SeleQ, browse to the file containing the operator logo, select FILE --> SET AS OPERATOR LOGO. Your phone will restart and you will have the new operator logo.

if u want to create your own logo, first you must resize them to 97X25 bmp. then set up a new folder at c:/sytem/apps/phone/oplogo and paste your logo inside. do a restart and you get that logo up in no time.

about the name of the logo, its network dependant as mentioned by yuppo. you can always check for your provider code in operinfo.txt in your z:/ for 3650. name your logo accordingly...
