My network is in Brazil "Oi"
i brought the cell from US it was used with at&t
guide through the steps!

This meens that you have put in tomany codes

you only have 5 trys
after that your Fone is blocked
and now you can only unlock it with cable and softwear

Get yourself an MBUS compatible datacable and you can unlock your 8390 with JIC Unlocker.
