Remote Control For Tv On 7210

HEY pplz

i really need some mega help here!
i was wondering, what software i would need for my 7210, to allow it to be a remote control for a TV through the IR port????
any help or suggestions would be most appreciated

I don't know whether such software exist or not, it might exist for Symbian OS. But, I've read that someone tried installing such software is his PDA.

The result is quite dissapointing. TIR power is to weak and you should be less than 1 meter from your TV to use it. I think that's why such software is quite difficult to find.

if i remember correctly..and its been ages since i looked at IR so dont quote me on any of this - but its a different frequency for TV/DVD etc remotes than what is used for IRDA

so its a hardware issue that means an app will never be written to do it

sorry you cann`t insert app. for remote in your 7210
cause there is no space in memory

the remote control is only in 3650 & 7650
