Series-40 and Logo Manager - can or not???

Hi there :)
I have a 6610, but this applies also to 7210 and 7250 and other series-40 phones.
Can LogoManager (yes, that old thing) work with those phones? I have heared both "yes" and "no" before and i need a definite answer before i am wasting time building a cable for that sole purpose.
I have that version of Logo Manager which displays a 8310 for previews, and i wish to build a F-Bus data cable on my own to connect to the Pop-Port. The purpose is to direct-upload ordinary b/w picture messages to the 6610 or the 7250.

Why the hell do you want black and white pictures on a phone with a colour screen??

I have ver 1.2.50 it displays 8310 @ startup and it wont connect via ir to my 6610 I had 2 send logos from my 8210.

I want to have a possibility to send some sort of pictures via SMS as my service provider does not support WAP, MMS or GPRS and i am sick of having to change SIM's every time. Also not everybody got compatible colour screen phones yet..... i can't send a colour picture to a friend who's using a 3310 :)

Did you try with a data cable? That's the way i wish to connect... i got no IR here :)

I still have a copy of logo manager which i used to use with my old 8210. I now have a 7250 and the software still works for changing the phonebook and speed dials etc but not for uploading logos, the only way to get operator logos etc onto your own phone is using the 'send to another phone via the mobile network' button and sending to your own mobile number, the only problem with this is it costs you the price of your text message and they are only in black and white The latest version of logo manager is 1.30 which there seems to be no crack for, i have 1.29 which seems to be the same if you still want it...

I already have the version 1.2.9, it works fine for me... i yet have no means of getting my 6610 hooked with the PC, i was just curious if it could work, as some people say it does and others say it does not :)
Sure the logos are b/w, but for me the reason to use it is those picture SMS (also b/w), not logos :)
