RemoteS60 ? how to connect ?

How do I connect the phone and PC with this program ?

Do I Start BT 1st or does the program do that...
Should I start remoteS60 on the Phone 1st or....

Plz if annyone could give me a step by step instruction I´d be delighted.

I´ve tried a lot but I doesn`t work yet....
