Full Screen Caller v.1.01

i juz dropped my T68i on the floor... Few minutes later , it appeared "NO ACCESS" or "NO NETWORK" . And i cannot call out or SMS. It only appear sometimes.... What can i do about it ?

anyone who is good at servicing T68i , can tell me which part should i reflow using hot air blower... which ic to look for. thanks ! :)
