you should'nt have given code 1 first !!

code 1 is for USA

it might mean that it is already unlocked.

i know why the unlock code wasnt working, ive just checked the number on my box which is the imei number i quoted but i forgot i had the handset exchanged as it was faulty.

the actual imei number on the phone is

351467/10/338861/3

just tried the code and it hasnt worked it saif code error again

ive double checked the imei number usine*#06# and it correct

its deffinatly locked ive tried my cellnet card and it wont work.

ive put my one to one card in and it works ok.

if i try the code again it will be the 5th time shoud i try it?

ps what happens if you get the code wrong 5 times in a row?

What is the exact message the phone gives you?

when i put my cellnet sim card it it

powers up
ask for my pin number
enter the pin
then it says "sim card rejected"

sounds like it might be this

cellnet simcards are really old and may not work in the 3650
you may need to try another simcard

does it say simcard registration failed ??
you may need to use bwinlock to check mcc

when a phone is locked, it will ask for restriction code when you insert a different operator's simcard.

"sim card rejected" means you have entered 10 wrong puk codes and the sim is blocked.

does this sim work with another phone?

hi thanks for all the advise it really appreciated.

ive just tried a new orange sim card and that say sim rejected as well.

the cellnet card is quite new and it def works on my 7110 i had before i got my 3650.

should i try the pw code one last time.?????

ps . i know i am deffinatly entering the +pw part correct as i have unlocked my old phone using the pw codes

yes deffinatly my orange, one to one and o2(cellnet) sims all work in other phones. Im using a 3330 to check and they all connect to the notworks.

I've found a link for the OPM 2.0 build 1, the latest version I think, but only in trial mode.. so I can't restore all the contacts I have..

Now I must format my 7650 and the only program that can backup, ORGANIZE, save to PC for backup and restore all to a formatted phone is OPM 4 symbian.
Please anyone cand send me or give us this soft in full version? I really need this..
