Hi, is it possible to change the operator logo of a 6610 into a custom designed pic/text? Logomanager doesnt seem to support my phone and I cant find an option to do it in mobimb either.

Cheers

Hi there :)
You may create your own coloured logo with some software such as photoshop or fireworks. The picture got to be of format "gif" and a size of 100x50 pixels. Preferrably you may use a transparent background, then it will not interfer with a used wallpaper.
Once you created such a gif, you can upload it to the phone via MobiMB and set it as your operator logo. If i am not wrong, you can also use Oxygene Phone Manager for this purpose, or check the "Links" section on my website at http://thanhwap.tripod.com the re is a link to a website where you can send your GIF and the owner of the site will put it onto his server, so you can download it via WAP. I got my own logo (the "...connected..." one) this way, as i do not have a data cable or IR to get my 6610 hooked with my PC.
I hope this was of help......
Kind regards

Ok at the risk of sounding stupid..i cant work this out! :) I made up a gif logo at 100 x 50 and uploaded it using mobimb to the images directory but there is no option to set it as a logo, and my version of mobimb (1.0) does not have anything about setting it as a logo either. I checked the display options too, the option to enable logo is greyed out and it says there is no logos in memory.

I know its probably just something really dumb that im not doing but any help is appreciated...
