Cant transfer mp3 files with Nokia PC Suite(3650)

When I try to send mp3 files, nokia pc suite close it self. how can I fix this problem? or is there any kind of programs that can I transfer mp3 files to my n 3650? my phone version 2.50 and I have mp3go in my phone. thanks.

Hello Duna, I had a problem aswell sending mp3's to my phone because PC suite automatically changes the format from Mp3 to (.wav i think) and the .wav format was to big for my phone so it would freeze when i transfered it over.
Anyway heres what i did, to get them on my phone, in PC suite -go>Control Panel>File Converters>Enable Converters change it to none. That just keeps the same format when you put em on your phone.

It should be possible to use any converter that converts mp3 to midi sound files!

I made it. I transfer my mp3 files to my phone. I compress the audio files with 96kpps 22khz. it makes the mp3 file nearly 2 mb. mp3go finds the mp3 and with 8310's handset I try to listen files. But it is a failure. Because the volume of the music is very low even it was %100. Is there some mistake or it is normal? thanks for help.
