i managed to unlock my 8310 nokia but i cant receive incomming or outgoing calls can anyone help plz?

Have You unlocked it by codes?....If yes now You need a cable and software to repair it...

your mobile may be black listed by your operator...
if u did not pay you bill to them of the handy was stolen

As the lads said, if it is stolen or found or you did not pay your bill, do not waste our time trying to pretend it isn't because all the solutions we will give you will be wrong! If it is one of the above, you must then change the IMEI chip within the phone to make it work! The only place I have heard of doing this at the moment is in Asia, and it's HIGHLY illegal!
