I Have 3 Questions but All The same

I want to flash one 3310 phone but dct flasher but the error message i always get is tx low sometime tx high sometime i get the are unknown format and the most very upset is the ram is bad it is anyone know what wrong with tat phone.. one more thing i always heard someone said if the phone show contact service there i something the software problem and sometime with audio ic(cobba) problemi already change it but the problem is same any idea ?...

Thanks chunkead but the problem i get with 3310 cannot on when i check with text box the power supply show that ccont work and the current goes to the phone but it can be on i try to flash it with rolis flasher but it show tx low in the dialog box sometime i get tx high sometime unknown format and sometime ram is bad are u have any idea with this at first i thing my cable maybe broken but when i try flash other phone it work ... do get any trouble like this??....and one more weird thing i get the phone can flash and i check with power supply all the current goes but the phone cannot on now i have six 3310 like that show like i said ..can u help me or u have solve problem like this before

Firstly, phone must be powered OFF for flashing! In settings in Rolis, change the Delay index to 5! This will help! Try to get a read first, rather then a flash! Are you using Win2k or XP? Then you'll need userport!

Also set the LPT port in BIOS On ECP mode....

Make sure the contacts on the phone are clean, as are the ones on the cable! Sometimes the 33xx has glue over the contacts! Are you using a universal dongle? Can you use the same connector with the Mbus cable? If so, run a test with Eeprom tools v4.0!

same msg on 3410 (roli's flaher) but use knok95 buil1 and it will work

the cable can use to flash and unlock other phone but i try again to that phone the problem still the same

Does the phone power on whilst the connector is in it? If not, make the battery contacts a bit higher! Also ensure that the cable contacts on the pcb don't have glue on them!

already do that but the problem has be same .also me try to flash that phone with no center board only use test box get same problem
