help! 3650 frozen

my phone seems to have frozen after installing some applications,i can only call out and recive calls but when i go to access the menu i keep getting SYSTEM ERROR,i have tried reseting the phone but no luck,the phone only works normally if i take out the memory card.CAN ANYONE HELP

you can try to format your memory card or simpen format the phone by just enter *#7370#

Hmm...actually u don have to format ur phone. Can just hold the pencil button while boot up and it should bypass the error. Go to manager and remove the programe u just installed tat caused the the error and its gonna be fine.
