just starting up

i've spent ages on this forum trying to find what i need but cant so im posting this on behalf.

i have recently has a noka 3650 and i have a INFRARED adapter to connect my phone to the pc.
i am thinking of getting a mmc card reader aswell

so basically i want to send movies,apps,games etc...

whats the first step to do to start me off in the right direction

is the first thing i need to put on my phone is a file explorer like seleq or FExplorer and how will it be installed on the phone will it be automatically or will i have to do something on the fone to get the file explorer up and running

after i have done this if you can help
where do i go from there

also eks if you send seleq from your computer to the mobile it will start get in inbox and then you will be asked if you want to install eks seleq and then you just click yes then you get a warning messages just click yes on this and then you will be asked if you want to save to phone memory or memorycard i will recomand memorycard don`t install it to phonememory you phone will be slower if you install on the phone memory and then all will be installed and you get a shortcut on the main menu;)
