Can someone write a software that we can use on the Nokia 7650,3650,9210 or 9210i to generate codes for unlocking DCT 4 phones .
Then you will be able to unlock DCT 4 Phones without a PC .

Thanks.

this will be great. atleast, we can save much more than go to cellphone shop that cost around 500 pesos just for unlocking your phone.
as soon as this program is available, pls share it. thanks!
