nokia 3650 data cable trouble and info wanted plz

hello all i brought a nokia 3650 data cable com port type, and i connected it to my phone properly and i installed nokia 3650 pc suite, but i can not get the software to find the phone, one of my m8s told me that it doesnt work because it has to be a proper usb data cable for a nokia 3650 from proper phone shops like Carphone Warehouse, The Link etc

I just wanted to no if i go and buy the proper usb cable for £29.99 will it work with nokia 3650 pc suite, and will i be able to upload wav files i have made through the cable

Also what software can i use with the crappy com port cable i have brought

Any info would be greatly appreciated cheers

Get Infra or even better get bluetooth. Cable is no good...it will screw ur fone cuz u have to keep opening and closing da back cover.

I bought an infra red adapter thru usb about $30 and it works fine,
about cables how did u connect it to the phone there is no place for it all i have is Power and Speaker plugs. 3650

look better....6 contacts UNDER the sim.....just crazy.
