mobi mb for the 7250i and games installer!!

hey people!
i have a couple of questions.
i have a 7250i
and firsty, i found a full version of mobi mb, installed it, it loads up perfectly fine.
BUT
it cannot find my phone. the pc suite finds it, and my computer does but mobi mb wont!
i have tried closing all the pc suite things using the task manager in windows (ctrl+alt+del) but still it wont find it! any help any1??

second question:
i tried the nokia games installer, to install games to the games folder instead of applictaions!
i have downloaded about 5 different versions, but again none of them find my phone! yet the application installer does! anyone got any ideas?

its bcoz the pcsuite is using the infrared port.
U have 2 options:
1. Wait for pcsuite to release the IR port
2. Disable pcsuite. Goto Connection manager (icon in task bar near clock) and unselect IRDA.
