3650 keypad LED (light) turn off...??

hai guys...

need help here... my 3650 keypad LED sometimes off... but display (Screen) on.. when this happened in the dark area.. i can't use my keypad coz' i can't see any number / aplh... so guys.. what actually happened to my 3650?

any advise??

did u drop ur fone b4? perhaps its faulty?
