BEWARE of Bluetooth bug in Nokia 3650!!!

Hi,

Last night I was trying to get my 3650 to work with this new msi bt adapter. It took alot of tries and all of a sudden my new 3650 froze!!!

Now keeping in mind, this is how i had lost my old fone, I didnt do a thing - didnt even remove the battery or anything. After a few minutes it rebooted by itself and fotunately booted up just fine. This happened TWICE!!!

Now I have been there....my last fone same thing happened when I was trying to use my BT headset. It would not boot and get stuck at nokia logo. Nokia couldnt repair it and they had to replace it. Thank god for warranty!!

This confirms my worse fears....there is definitely a BUG in the 3650 when using Bluetooth. As of now, the fone is up and running but I dunno for how long?

Im on 2.5 version, da fone is just abt 1 month old.

just to let you now i have msi bluetooth on my motherboard intregert
and it works pretty fine the bug you report are not any news that the nokia freze and just the nokia logo is on the startup..the bug are in your firmware from the first version of the firmware to 2.50 had this bug it happend to my phone when i installed total ir remote and it freze on the nokia logo! i send it to a nokia center and they just change the hole firmware chip and they did it for free and now i have firmware version 3.16 and i haven`t had 1 problem with phone since i get the new firmware! so all of you that have firmware 2.50 or under upgrade your firmware to 3.16 or newer :D

hey dude...my 7650 sometimes also auto restart itself....but it seldom happen to mi....it's just no big deal dude...maybe u should trying sending in to any nokia care centre in ur country asking for a software upgrade and tell them ur problem..

Just upgrade your phone to a higher version.. it will work fine...

Wot version r u on? Will I loose all my data, contacts and/or proggie's on da fone if I go for a later version??
