New phone perhaps? My IrDa on my 6800 works beautifully... I use it to transfer between my Palm and phone all the time. I haven't gotten it to successfully work with my PC, but that's because the old laptop I was using that had an IrDa port is a piece of crap and was too old... I recommend just getting the DKU-5 cable, works much easier and faster. :)

Is there any way where I can transfer all my sms into my palm then? ( its a NX70 ) and do you know how to setup the palm and phone so that I can use GPRS to connect to the net? :)
