jar files install themselves. If you send the jar file to your Inbox then the built in installer on the phone will install it once u go to open it

thats all u have to do!

Hope that helps

You don't need IR, I install .jar files from my mmc all the time. Sometimes if it comes as a .jad and a .jar file, you can click on the .jad file and it will install the .jar file. When you try to install does it freeze or does it say there is an error? You should be able to install just fine.

If you need the jad files for jar games get jad.exe. It will make a jad for any jar you point it to. Search the forums and you will find a link.

got it sorted, with efilemanager i selected open with and selected applications, after doing this i can install the file and it has created a jad file in the same file as the jar,
