Anyone got any tips on how to get some decent scores?

Got 77m for the discus just now, but fluked it really.
Also got 104.50m for the javelin and also fluked it.

Just wondered if anyone has any tips or knows the required amount of keypresses / sequences to get a shit hot score.

If so then please reply below.

erm..... i got about 96 for 100 metres

tips i think i need tips

10.53 for 100m
9.04 for long jump
102.5 for javelin
14.21 for hurdles
74.6 for discus

and i always get 15 points on single player
