okay... this has nothing to do softwares or firmwares.
i have this problem with my n7650, i don't know if any of you has the same problem. when i slide my phone open, it seems that the two parts (the keypad half and the screen half) are loose. do you get what i mean?
try this so you'll understand:
1. slide open your phone
2. hold it only with the lower half (keypads)
3. like a fan, wave it back and forth
do you see that it racks back and forth?
mine is really loose, i was wondering if any of you has a solution to tighten it. please post your ideas. thanks!

My 7650 used to be slightly loose, but not nearly a bad as you are describing. Nokia service centre should fix it for free since it's a design fault (along with the poor seal on the screen, the weak power button, the keypad buttons sticking, the joystick sinking in, etc, etc, etc), the 7650 really does suffer from poor design and bad build quality.

compared to 3650, i'd sae 7650 has better parts, but the moving parts are a diff story.
here in my place, i haf to pay to change the housing to a brand new wan at nokia. under warr, it cost ard sin$60, or ard US$30++.
