Firmware Problem 8310

my friend bought an 8310 from dubai.It wasnt supporting turkish language.
so he wanted to change the firmware for turkish and we took it to a shop that flashes phone eproms.they did but the phone is not working now.it is not opening there is only the light of phone.they tried a lot but there is no change.
he is even ready for original settings
Any idea?

They/You have to re-flash the phone using a clean (unmodified) flash. Try to look for a clean flash in which the PPM have the language(s) you are requesting. And also, do NOT forget to unlock the phone.

i think to find a clean flash is very difficult.isnt there any software method to solve this problem

Downloading, buying or using different kinds of phone unlocking/flashing softwares won't work if the flash used on the phone itself is faulty, if you are the one that will restore the flash, just PM me or give me your e-mail so I can send you a clean 8310 flash.
