I have a nokia 7650 whit a lock, I suppose that lock is security lock because I can receive call, is it true? whit dejan cable and software I see SP LOCK 0005 what it means? whit this software I can't reset the telephone because when I execute reset command the program write "CMD not accepted". Is too old? There is another program to reset nokia 7650 whit dejan cable (mbus). I also tryed logomanager and wintesla (but It's too difficult to use).

No, it would not be a security lock, as this would prevent you going any further than entering the PIN code.

As it says its an SP (Service Provider) lock, you should probably go to the DCT4 unlocking section, post the IMEI number of your phone and the code of the network it is locked to. If you cant get this, it would be better to try guess once or twice and the flash it.

AFAIK however, i thought an SP lock would prevent the SIM working at all? If you can make or receive calls, why do you need to get rid of it?

I only receive call. I have try more then 5 times whit a code for unlock the SP lock but I think that the solution is flash it?
I often see on the display a message like this: the code is wrong, the telephone will be unlocked after 5 minutes. (sorry for the bad translation) Is true? can I try another time?
