Does anyone know how i can delete the templates from the text messaging on my 3510i? I've tried deleting them but it just gives me a message saying "original template restored". I tried deleting them using Oxygen phone manager but they're still there!. They're all completly pointless messages & I really really want rid of them, anu ideas?

Hi Ian.
I have the same Templates on my 3510i, they are useful to some people who wish to quickly send a Text Message, but, (like the soppy ring tones) it seems they are a permanent feature on the phone. Methinks they are programmed into an OTP (One Time Programmable) memory, therefore cannot be deleted without a change of the Integrated Circuit. Despite working with Surface Mounted IC's, I'll not attempt to alter my phone.
As they do not take up any of the available memory, I don't worry about them, nor should you. There are more important things to worry about. :-)

Sleep well.
