6150 P5.23

I'm looking for 6150 v5.23 firmware with T9 support and PPM with italian language...

can anybody help ?

PS: what's this about different 5.23 versions with/without SIM toolkit support ? is it possible to have T9 and SIM toolkit ?

there are two release date of 6150 vP5.23.
1. 9-25-00
- no sim toolkit
- has T9
2. 12-12-00
-w/ sim toolkit
- w/ T9

Thats strange because my P5.23 flash is

20-03-00

Thus I beleive this is not a P5.23 flash at all...

So, would you be so kind as to supply me with the 12-12-00 release of this firmware.

I saw 2 6150-523C in download.

With ldb Germ,Engl,Fren,Ital,Dutc.

after flashing orange 6150 with either the 5.22 or 5.23 packs, the keypad beeps seem fuzzy and it asks for the security code, which it then rejects !!

Cool, it doesn't mess me about with the unaccepted-but-bloody-well-correct Security Code now, but it still sounds like the speaker is made of cardboard when the keypad beeps are on any volume level (except OFF obviously)

I've noticed that the progress bar is also TINY now, no longer full width of screen. i.e. when searching for a network, the progress bar is same length as the "sea" bit of "searching"

the plot thickens !

Ok, try a full reset with Knok Build 22

This sometimes happens when you flash a 6210 into a 6250 then back into a 6210

Unless its hardware problem, a full reset will normally sort that for me.

Does you SIM have the menu in the phone? It will only display if the SIM supports it.

This file you download was the 12-12-00 version which has SIM Toolkit.

Just change the SIM card....and the SIM toolkit menu appears now

Does anyone has Malaysian or Indonesian PPM on this version...cause seems no Asian language on either A or C pack.

use knok95 to set to defualt your phone if you encountered hang-up in picture message....

Hello there! tested the P5.23 12-12-00 release flawlessly :-)

But! i wonder if it's possible to download the ppm A language pack somewhere the usual 5.23 pack do not work! (Tried it)...

I have translated the p5.23 to pack A + replaced the t9 dictionaries with the pack A t9 dictionaries (from 6210)
