You don't need a 3315 flash, it will be just the same because you need to use a program to activate the 3315 option (You must have a 3310 firmware versions 5.57 and above, using versions below will NOT make the feature work). If you said you can use ROLIS then use Noktools 1.9 by ROLIS, I will attach it here, it has the 3310 to 3315 options. Just follow this simple steps:

NOTE: Use a 3310 firmware with versions 5.57 above.
Identify your phone's firmware version, press *#0000#. The version can be seen on the first line. If it is lower than 5.57 you have to download a newer firmware.

Cable Needed: MBUS Cable (Cable connected at COM ports) In your case, if it's autoswitching, it will NOT be necessary

1. Download the program (attached below)
2. Extract the program from the ZIP file (put it in your desktop)
3. Launch the program by double clicking the icon.
4. Click the Ladybug icon on the toolbar (it will automatically detect where your mbus cable is detected (you can do it manually by going on the Read menu and clicking the "Phone Info" option, if your phone is detected, it will pop up a new window saying your phone is found at COMx.
5. Next on the right side of the program you can see a "3310ad. menu" with two buttons below (Enable and Disable), click the enable option.
6. After that click the SFR [Set To Factory Defaults] button (located at the toolbar, the first button from the right) - A message below will appear below the window if the operation is successful.
7. Next Click the SP button [near SFR] to set SP Locks to Factory Default. A message will appear below the window if the operation is successful.
8. The Final Step: Click the FAID button, It will update the phone's data. [a message will appear below if the operation is successful]
9. Check your phone, you must have the Picture menu and personalized ringone option under the TONES menu.

Maybe the above should go in the FAQ, I'll post it later.

And you can't flash with an F/MBus cable, you need a flashing cable, do as Znod said above, but remember it won't work if your 3310 has a firmware ver below 5.57 (I think)

Type in *#0000#, it'll tell you the firmware version. If it's below that 5.57, then don't try and upgrade, if it's 5.57 or above, it should work.

You said that you have a flasher cable? Rite?

So you simply need a 3310 virgin eeprom, wich has been converted to 3315.

Or use, as ZNOD said NokTools, it works with practicly all auto cables. Just run Auto-setup.

hmmm.... it seems that the Noktools you are using is an older version, download the file I attached above, and you will see the option, just follow the details carefully...

NOTE: Noktools v1.9 by ROLIS and NOT ROLIS Flasher,

The program is already attached above, all you have to do is download it and follow the procedures.
