Yes you can do that. Its the same same phone and sreen.

You will need a Torx 6 screwdriver to remove the six screws on the face of the phone! You will then have to use a knife or the likes to pry screen away from the board! Take a look at the water damage tutorial, it has pictures on how to do this! http://nokiafree.org/forums/t31337/s.html
