Does that exist ? I know that virus for GSM exist but especially for 3210 i don' t know.
Where can I find this ? :confused:

It is true.
There is a SMS NOKIA VIRUS
Sent like Sms and destroy Msid and imei of the phone,but nothing that we can't fix.
I heard that is another virus for other phones

i dont believe it

I aint seen it yet in 3 years of unlocking/modifying nokias

Hi,

Mentioning sms is some other info.

It is possible to give commands in a sms.
Recieving tones and logos are commands.
Maybe mbus alike commands are possible too, via sms, who knows?

However I don't want to call it a virus, it is somehow always built in into the software or some bug.

To me a virus doesn't exist, it is just programs with unwanted results. :)

I think you need to dial at that Number and they will send the virus at the number you want.
I didn't try it.

This news was over a year ago. There's been some phone with buggy firmware. When it receive or read strange SMS it simply hang. Just put SIM card into other phone, delete that message and put it back to your phone.

It's not a virus. It's special SMS design to exploit firmware bug. Due to limited function of mobile phone, it can only cuase the phone to hang. However, with new phone equip with OS, near or far, virus will be definitely come to mobile phone.
