Problem with 3310, charging

Hi
I have a problem with Nokia 3310.
When I charge it and disconect it from the charger it behave like its still conected with charger (the lines of battery, if phone is switcht off the icon of battery is there and the lines until I disconect battery from phone). I flash it with new version of software and nothing change.
How to fix it, with hammer or ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? :rolleyes:

If still no luck, change the power block!
