Auto start applications

I would like to know if there is an application the starts applications upon turning on my 7650. I would like not to open the applications just run them in the background.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunatly when it loads the applications they don't just run on the background it opens them and keeps them open...
Maybe anyone knows an app that will help?
