Problem with the original camera...

Hi,

I have this litle problem with my photo camera.
After a wile he dosnt take anny pictures anny more, he dosnt save it ??
After a reset, the camera act normal again.

I think its one of the apps i have instaled, bud i dont know wich one...

This is the list i have on my phone:

I went to a wedding yesterday, and was taking a lot of pics and moving them to the D: Extended file manager drive to save space, when all of a sudden my camera stopped saving the pictures i was taking, and all of my psiloc programs stopped working :("application" is not supported). the only programs i have in common with you are.

I had mostly psiloc programs on my 7650 and since they all stopped responding at the same time as the camera app, i think they are related.

i uninstalled all my psiloc shit and now i have installed

Hmm, i will look at those apps next time my cam wont save the pictures... I love the apps i instaled ... so i will discover witch app it is !!!

hey

when i got home i uninstalled ex file man and installed seleq and moved my files back to the c: drive and copied them to my comp. I dont find psiloc programs to be that stable, they keep stuffing up on me so i've changed over to symbianware stuff, like stacker 3.0 and the smart series, profiles etc. i just kept psiloc remote.

U cant put anything on D or Z drive,

D will save em temporaily, so if u restart u will lose everything u put on it cuz this drive is a RAM

Z will not save att all cuz it is a ROM.

The only drives where u can save are C, and E,

Yes we know, but we 7650 users use the d drive as a temp drive so we can store 443 k extra !!!
Thats way i use handy file, small app and mark selected files

wel just expirent it again, and no problem with psiloc.....??

May be it is the FSCaller, i use v 2.0 or screensaver v 1.15


The other apps are for a long time on my phone, so i dont think it is one of them..

when the camera stops working do your psiloc programs stop aswell. its either psiloc or FScaller. FScaller isn't that good anyway. i haven't had any recurring problems since i uninstalled all my psiloc software. do you know of any new cool apps?

Got it !!!
It is def. something with the D: drive !!! Just tested it, del. the wap and System dir. from the D drive with Handy file and the cam dosnt save !!!

so discoverd the prob !!

Agan, now del Wap.....cam ok !!
del D:\System\Temp.....cam NOT ok !!!!!!!!!

Agan, del D:\System\Libs...cam OK !!!!!

So it is the D:\System\Temp dir. !! If you dont del. it the cam will be OK !!!

I think the phone uses the D:\System\Temp dir to put the pic. in it before he saves it !!


Well, about cool new apps..i dont know.

Yes, and if i'am not wrong i think you also have to leave room for 1 picture (about 45k) so the phone can save the temp pic.
