when i do a hard reset every app and contact is still there like nothing hepend and i`m always 300 kb short.can somebody tell me why?
i have 7650 3.16 thanks in advance

the max mem after reset is ard 3600kb, not 4mb, 300+ kb in use by other undeletable app .

all the apps and contacts should be completely gone, not still on the phone...So something is wrong there!

may i know how u did your hard reset??
did u press *#7370# - make sure it is fully charged, or the charger is connected to the phone. don't press the code if you are low in battery. or else your phone will become useless.
