Help !!! MMS from and to abroad !

Hi All !

I have a problem.
I'm italian, and i'm trying to send an MMS to a friend in Hungary. But she didn't get it, and i didn't get the ones she sent me.
I don't understand what could be wrong. We both have 3650 and we both have the phone set properly, so that we can send mms to numbers of our own countries.
What do you think might be the problem? Did some of you experience the same problem while sending receiving MMS to and from different countries?

If someone can give me an advice, it would be really apreciated.

you can't send mms abroad, at least not from Italy unless there is an agreement between the two phone companies, remember at the beginning you couldn't send mms from Tim to Omnitel and vice versa, then they made an agreement and now you can
