Rules!
1. You MUST have sagem whit ARM processor(my x-3, my x-5, mw 3026 in moust cases verzion of sw is 3,x for x=0-9)
2. You MUST read field 0,251,252,253 or 5251 and 16128(becouse by imei it is inpossible caclulate unlock code)
3. You MUST read version of sw!
4. You MUST poste model of your phone!
5. In some (moust of them) new my x-3 and my x-5 you can't enter in hot line menu, then try to read BY CABLE field 0, 5709 and 5374!

So, whitout this info I can't do anything!
And PLEAS post "I need unlock code imei:XXXXX"

I found this description on forum:

To activate the complete HotLine Menu proceed with this steps:


1) Take the IMEI number

Example: 350825350218227

2) Sum the 11,12,13 and 14 digits

Example: 1+8+2+2 = 13

3) Preserve only one digit, in this case 3

4) enter *2266326232X (where X is the number calculated in this case 3)

Example: *22663262323 + OK (upper right key)

Then make menu and * and Voila with the complete Hotline options...

ATTENTION to modify the things without knowing what you are doing, you can block the phone...

You can read the fields by going to "PROM" > "READING/WRITING" >OK
then type in the field you want to know e.g. 191, 253 etc.

*******VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!***************
Only copy these values with a pen and paper - DONT change or alter any of them, as most of them are protected !!!! If you change them your phone won't work anymore, it will just read SIM LOCKED all the time !
Just press "CANCEL" to exit without changing anything

P.S.
For infineon procesosr(version of sw 4,x for x=0-9) use FREE sw direct ID reader by CABLE(in this case you MUST have cable)

In some cases (my 3078 which is infineon) calculation it is posible and procedure is the same like in ARM processor(poste same field and sw version)

I have a Sagem MIX-5m locked to Orange Romania. I think this a somehow "special" version (both on the back and front of the phone, the model name it's written with an "I" instead of "Y"). Can anyone tell me more about this? How can I unlock it?

I followed the instructions for getting to the full Hot-line menu (*22663262321) but I didn't succed at all. This must be done with or without sim card inside? (I've tried it only with)

So DON'T change anything becouse you can demage yuor phone...only get out on start whit red button!

you CAN get into FULL hotline menu WITH a sim in the phone

just enter the MM3 code as if you were dailing a number, you also get more options that way too... like network and sim... try it :)

for both models the best fields are 0,5251,16128.. but these are protected fields that can only be read by hotline menu...so if you can't get into hotline then you can read fiels 5709 with Dr sagem+cable and post that along with field 0

Using fields 0,5709 can give a few codes..(some times far to many to try)(always need field 0)

you can also read 5709 by hotline... but if you can get into hotline why not just give 0,5251,16128??

I did my best but no lucky.

I suggest that u contact Stone to find out what s wrong with your phone,the eeprom attached did not give more info about your phone.

For the last try, read again your field 0 and field 5375 and your imei .Post them and I ll retry.Use Sagem Doctor.Set Braud first with sagem tools to 19200.

You are not in full hotline menu...
I don't think you'll get into hotline on a myG5.. but you should try entering the MM3 code (*2266...) after removing your sim card.

If you can't get into hotline then you need to use a cable and Sagem Dr.

Sorry mate but "hotline menu" only works on some models... you'll need a cable :(
