agile messenger prob

i know a thread exsist and i have spent a whole week searching for it, but it tells you how to connect agile messenger to adsl connection rather than gprs, i need this as i dont have internet gprs active on my network,

so far i have connected through serial on bluetooth, i open agile messenger click connect, i dont get asked for gprs or connection it goes straight to the connecting to server, i dont get the grps symbol under the signal so i presume agile has noticed my bluetooth and internet connection, but this is as far as it goes, it doesnt go anyfurther i dont get an error it jus keeps connecting but no further, what have i done wrong?

Yes dont worry, this happens to almost everyone, which is why people resort to better messengers such as Tipic which is also free.

im using tipic me but to be honest its extremely buggy! i get an error here an error there, ive got connected to the tipicme, but i cant seem to get onto my msn account, ive used agile messenger on my mates one and its amazing compared to this,
