Hello, please can someone help me for unlock myX5, while I tried unlock it. The movil was completely unlocked and I saw in the screen "unauthorized sim".

Someone can calculate my code please, I cant use it?

I dont know the fields 191,252?

Hello Hrco, I sorry if i don't explain well. I'm spanish

I think that you don't understand me.

While I was reading this fields with a program called "sagem server 2.5" the phone was completely locked, and I only read in the screen "unauthorized sim" with all operator sims, turn off and turn on in the screen only read the same message.

I can't access the normal menu and neither the hot menu.

Can you help me?
