7250 in water

I have one 7250 which fell in the water.
I dried it.
Then it ignites without showing anything on screen.
When we press on a touch we hear the tone of the keyboard.
What is the solution to put it back alive ?
Do you think it was a problem of flash ?

Try cleaning it with alcohol spirit and heat the PCB
