CellTrack is not exactly for battery checking it's just about the strenght of the cell signal and tha bat signal.
However, I've written a letter to symbianware with an offer of making an app exactly for that purpose - battery info and time info according to the remaining battery power. So, I hope to develop something usefull very soon cus me and a lot of people need it desperately. We'll see what'll happen at the end.

Sens i think you are right, this prog is more like netmonitor. An exclusive battery info tool would be great!!
