Recently my 16mb MMC doesnt work.The phone just cant read it.I formatted it this morning and then it worked.I copied some programs and it worked.But now again it doesnt work.

Probably there is a service problem with your MMC. Try to change it with another one. Why not buying 128 MB - for example.
