THe long wait.... for 6600

well been missing for awhile frm here since i traded off my 3650 for a P800.....
NOw the 6600's OUT in Singapore. Dealers are asking for 1,280 sgd.
now i guess i haf to wait for the price to drop a little b4 getting one.......

Recently after i traded my 3650 for an SE T610.... something felt amiss...
then due to the horrible quality of pics for the T610 i went to samsung V200....no those are Really BORING phones!!!

NOw i cant stand it any longer.... how i miss my symbian!!!!!!!
ARugh!!! then i got the P800 to stand in for awhile until now.....

i'm anticipating to get a 6600 real.... SOON!!!!

WHat abt u guys over in europe and us? india? any where??

I think these are only rumors, the 6600 is shipped yet, what I would really love is a Nokia with a big touch screen (like P800) and 65k colors, and a RESPECTABLE battery life.

PS. How did it go with the P800 ??

Nokia Thailand had official launch the 6600 and N-Gage in Thailand few days ago. The Official price for 6600 = USD 480 (aprox.) and N-Gage = USD 315 (aprox.). I have to say aproximate because I convert it from Thai currency. The real units are not available yet. Normally, it will take a month time after price launching.

I've no information that in Europe, 6600 is launched. Probably, as I expect - the new Nokia communicator should be with 65k touch screen and integrated /better/ camera. These are all only expectations. We'll see what will happen. I hope that there'll be a new wonder !!!

Nah its a local set, but its not frm the distributors. some other guys are selling them. dunno how they got it. they claimed its under local warrenty. if i only had 1.2k then i could check it out.

anyway i plan to wait until the 2nd batch of 6600 before buying one, that way i can save some money hopefully... and also make sure there are no major problems.

having hell of a hard time locating memory sticks duo for the fone. it cums only with 16mb which is puiney..
oso hard time locating cracks and warez for it. notice there aint much games nor s/w for the p800 :-x
which sux..... considerin the price of it.
overall the whole fone is nothing like a NOKIA!!!!!
how i miss my nokia......
user interface is so much diffrent....its not as easy to use as a nokia.
