Best Mp3 Quality for 3650

Nokia can't play mp3 in stereo. So here's my question: What settings should you convert you music too have the best quality and a small size.

What is a easy program to convert it?

Use Cool Edit or Sound Forge (search KAzaa). Just resample the song to mono and the quality will remain the same, but the file will have been halved.
