3650 not booting beyond nokia logo screen

hi guys...i hv the same issue as on this forum. My 3650 froze all of a sudden and wudnt reboot ie. the restart button stopped working. I have to remove the battery to get it off and then it wont go beyond that f******g nokia screen. Guys please help out with the solutions a.s.a.p....rgds....sam

Try starting up in safe mode. Hold in the pecil button during start up.

take out mmc card and try, if it works, ur mmc is screwed.
