Java Videos for 7210/50 etc

Has anyone seen these before? poor quality but impressive anyway, have a look at the attachment "testvidlet" and upload to your nokia.
What i want to know is how can i make these myself from mpeg/avi movies, anyone got any ideas?
And the attachment "testvidletjarfolder" is what the .jar file looks like exploded, if thats any help.

I have nokia 7250 but i dont know how to upload things to it.. I badly need help! what should i do? shall i buy a cd or a cable or what?? my pc does not have infrared so i need to buy 7250 usb cable? and also nokia pc suite?? how do i upload this video thing??? damn, i wish someone will answer my questions.. please!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buy an infra red adaptor, much better than cable as it could be used for other phone or even other devices, this one is nice and cheap, also works well (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=UFNTaG93UmVzdWx0cw%3D%3D) and nokia pc suit is free, Download from here (http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/software/7250i#freesoftware)
