Fin with 3650

I installed Stacker v3.0, compressed the apps I have and all went well. Then I got greedy and tried to compress some 3gp files... One 3gp file was corrupted and boom... Now I can't open my contacts, menu or anything, it's always system error... I started the phone in safe mode and entered *#7370#, but the problem stayed on... Is there a way to solve this problem without taking the phone to service center? Maybe delete corrupted file(s) with a card reader? and if so, which are the files to delete?? Firmware is 2.54, if that matters....
